Borage oil is well-known by high content of unsaturated fatty acids: linoleic acid and gamma-linoleic acid (GLA). Borage oil also rich in minerals (among others, silica), Vitamin C, Tannins, Bioflavonoids, Saponins as well as trace elements such as Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc and Iron. In older times it was correlated with soldiers’ fearlessness. Antidepressant. Soothes the symptoms of menopause.
